The entire Mackinac Properties Team are members
of the Board of REALTORS.Not all agents are "REALTORS", you must
maintain membership with a Board of REALTORS and must abide by the standards
that the REALTOR "Code of Ethics" gives us to follow. We are members
of strong organizations including the National Association of REALTOR, the
Michigan Association of REALTORS, Water Wonderland Board of REALTORS. We are
members of local and surrounding Multiple Listing Services that give us access
to hundreds of real estate offices in the state of Michigan.

We keep a tight watch on the market and can give
professional opinions about your property and marketability. Each month we
send a monthly Real Estate Newsletter full of helpful information about the
market and real estate industry. Helpful tips on buying and selling are plentiful.
We also update the market conditions on a regular basis and this information
is always available in the REALTY
TIMES NEWSPAPER.

Advertising your property to the world is accomplished
via many sources including our personal web site which is maintained in this office
on a daily basis. We don't submit information to someone else, we have the technology
and opportunity to keep it in our hands. The world wide web has become a big player
in today's real estate market and we are ready and embrace this exciting new world
of "online" information. Over 70% of our business now is via the internet
and it has opened up our market to more than just the United States, but all of
the world. Monthly, we receive hits from all areas of the world . Another world
wide access tool is "REALTOR.com". Any residential properties and vacant
land listed with our company are also featured on this international web site
with millions of hits each month. Check us out....WE STAND OUT!
Advertising sites include monthly advertising in Homes
and Land Magazine, Cabin Life, Traverse the Magazine, St. Ignace News, www.Loopnet.com,
www.REALTOR.com, 11 REALTOR boards throughout Michigan, and other various
sources throughout the year.
Our brochures are compiled and printed at this office so any changes or additions
are also at our fingertips. Our customers want information on this area,
not areas 200 miles from us. All the information in our brochure is
also on our web site so many people never have to even visit this office to purchase
the property of their dreams. We aren't here to service the entire
state, we don't have the time or the knowledge.......but we do know this and our
surrounding areas and are happy to show them off. Just ask, if we don't

The Mackinac Properties office is located in the center of downtown St. Ignace
across from the Lake Huron Boardwalk. Our windows feature most of
our properties that are listed so we get many people that just stand and dream
about owning a piece of the U.P. We can make that happen and we do so each
week.
